{"id":83,"date":"2023-07-26T16:59:23","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T16:59:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/themis-godin-gerechtigheid\/"},"modified":"2023-07-26T16:59:23","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T16:59:23","slug":"themis-godin-gerechtigheid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/themis-godin-gerechtigheid\/","title":{"rendered":"Themis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Themis<\/strong> is een bekende godin in de Griekse mythologie, ook wel de godin van de gerechtigheid genoemd, de naam <strong>Themis<\/strong> betekent \u2018natuurwet\u2019, haar ouders waren <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/uranus-god-van-de-hemel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Uranus<\/em><\/a> de god van de hemel en <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/gea-god-de-aarde\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Gaia<\/em><\/a> de godin van de aarde.<\/p>\n<p> Zij was het die naar het goede pad leidde, genereus was en ook orde bracht tussen goede gewoonten en wetten.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong>Themis, godin van de gerechtigheid<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"721\" height=\"1409\" src=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/LA-DEESSE-JUSTICE-THEMIS.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-617\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"auto, \" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p> <strong>Themis<\/strong> was een godin die de volgende kenmerken had:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Hij regisseerde de natuurlijke orde van vereniging tussen een man en een vrouw.<\/li>\n<li> Familiebanden ook.<\/li>\n<li> Het beeld van deze godin wordt getoond met een blinddoek, wat gelijkmoedigheid betekent.<\/li>\n<li> Een schaal in \u00e9\u00e9n hand die gerechtigheid betekent.<\/li>\n<li> Een zwaard in een andere hand, wat repressie voor de schuldigen betekent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Deze godin leefde lange tijd op aarde in de ijzertijd, ze was geschokt door de gepleegde misdaden.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> De dochters van Themis <\/h3>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Hesperides.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-619\" title=\"\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"auto, \"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p> Toen besloot hij naar de hemel te gaan, waar hij later de plaats van de dierenriem (Maagd) innam <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong> hij ontmoette zijn dochter <em>Astrea.<\/em><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Themis<\/strong> en haar dochter waren een perfecte combinatie om het goddelijke gebod van rechtvaardigheid te verwezenlijken. <em>Irene<\/em> had ook nog andere dochters, een van de drie, <em>Dike<\/em> net als haar moeder, de <em>Fates<\/em> die het lot regeerden in de<a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/de-onderwereld\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">onderwereld<\/a> en de <em>Seasons<\/em> .<\/p>\n<p> Aan de andere kant waren de \u201c <em>themispoloi\u201d<\/em> -rechters dienaren van <strong>Themis<\/strong> , die samenwerkten om de orde op Olympus te handhaven.<\/p>\n<p> Deze godin had de macht om het vonnis bekend te maken en de autoriteit om te vervolgen. Ze liet zich leiden door haar principes van orde en om deze reden zochten de <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/goden-9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Griekse goden<\/a> haar om gerechtigheid te spreken.<\/p>\n<p> Ze was erg hartelijk tegen de andere goden, ze was de eerste die Hera een beker wijn aanbood nadat ze was bedreigd door <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/zeus-vader-van-alle-griekse-goden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zeus<\/a> , die ook haar vriend was met wie ze op Olympus zat.<\/p>\n<p> Deze godin speelde zowel op aarde als op Olympus een leidende rol en werkte onvermoeibaar om gerechtigheid te bereiken.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Themis is een bekende godin in de Griekse mythologie, ook wel de godin van de gerechtigheid genoemd, de naam Themis betekent \u2018natuurwet\u2019, haar ouders waren Uranus de god van de hemel en Gaia de godin van de aarde.
