Voor anderen was het de koe die zoogde levende wezens met zijn heilige melk of de woeste leeuwin die in de woestijn leefde.<\/p>\n<h3> Iconografie<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Ze wordt in haar meest basale vorm afgebeeld als de koeiengodin die de hemel met haar benen omhoog hield, terwijl <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/horus\/\">Horus<\/a> in de vorm van een valk elke nacht door haar mond binnenkwam om &#8217;s morgens herboren te worden. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2268\" src=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/vache-hathor.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"auto, \" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Ook in haar dierlijke vorm kan ze gezien worden als een kat verwant aan <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/sekhmet\/\">Sekhmet<\/a> en als ze boos wordt verandert ze in een leeuwin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> In andere afbeeldingen wordt ze waargenomen als de vrouwelijke godin met koeienoren of hoofden met lirivormige hoorns en een zonneschijf.
