Ze staat ook bekend als de godin van het water en de maan, aangezien de cycli van de maan de aarde beheersen, dus ook zaaien en oogsten.<\/p>\n<p> Aan de andere kant wordt zijn figuur ook geassocieerd met de vernietiging van de wereld en ziekten, wat in contrast staat met zijn gaven.<\/p>\n<p> Zozeer zelfs dat de weergave ervan wordt omlijst door symbolen van de dood, slangen, overstromingen en chaos.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Afbeelding <\/h3>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"487\" height=\"629\" src=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/3e591af71a041cfaf6c8a5d9afc8210e.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2358\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"auto, \" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p> Het lijkt erop dat haar hi\u00ebroglifische afbeelding wordt weergegeven door een langlevende vrouw die een bak met water uitgiet of weeft terwijl de zon opkomt. Daarom staat ze bekend als de godin van de handel.<\/p>\n<p> Op haar hoofd draagt ze een slang en op een rok heeft ze kruisvormige botten, met in de ene hand een konijn en in de andere een bloem.<\/p>\n<p> Op dezelfde manier manifesteerde hij zich in vier kleuren; rood, zwart, wit en geel; de kleuren van het universum<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong>gelovigen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p> Haar toegewijden gingen naar haar tempel in Cuzamil om het orakel van deze godin te zoeken en de meerderheid waren vrouwen, die gebeden opzonden voor haar zwangerschap, zodat deze bevredigend zou zijn.<\/p>\n<p> Volgens de legende vierden degenen die deze godin in haar tempel vroegen hen bescherming, en op dezelfde manier vierden gelovigen de dag van de godin in de Zip-maand van de Maya-kalender.<\/p>\n<p> Ondertussen wordt deze godin beschouwd als een roos met doornen, omdat ze veel deugden heeft die de mensheid ten goede komen, terwijl ze haar destructieve kant heeft.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meztli of Ixchel , is de eerste godin van de pre-Spaanse Mexicaanse mythologie van de Maya-cultuur op het schiereiland Yucatan met Midden-Amerika.
