{"id":185,"date":"2023-07-22T11:16:30","date_gmt":"2023-07-22T11:16:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/thor\/"},"modified":"2023-07-22T11:16:30","modified_gmt":"2023-07-22T11:16:30","slug":"thor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/thor\/","title":{"rendered":"Thor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Thor<\/strong> god van de bliksem is een van de <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/goden-3\/\"><strong>Noorse goden<\/strong><\/a> gekenmerkt door zijn kracht, hij was verantwoordelijk voor de bescherming van boeren, vuur, architectuur en jeugd, zijn ouders waren <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/nl\/odin\/\">Odin<\/a> en J\u00f6rds, zijn vrouw was Sif, uit dit huwelijk volgden hun kinderen, Magni, Modi en Trud werden geboren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> De figuur van deze godheid werd vertegenwoordigd door een man met een hamer in zijn rechterhand, die hij gebruikte in oorlogen met zijn broer <a href=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\">Balder<\/a> en zijn vader Odin.<\/p>\n<h2> Thor <\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2025\" src=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Thor.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"289\" title=\"\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"auto, \"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Een van de gaven die deze god bezat was de controle over het weer en de natuur, zodat boeren een goede oogst konden krijgen.<\/p>\n<p> Op dezelfde manier werd hij gekenmerkt door eerlijk en eerlijk te zijn, maar met een zeer angstig karakter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Deze god woonde in een paleis genaamd Bilskirner, gelegen in het koninkrijk Thrudvang in Asgard. Zijn grootste hobby was het doden van reuzen met zijn hamer.<\/p>\n<h3> Thor en koning Thrym<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Op een dag werd hij wakker en nadat hij zijn hamer niet had teruggehaald, begon hij zijn broer Loki te verdenken, die hem verzekerde dat de reuzen wisten wie hem had gepakt. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2026\" src=\"https:\/\/ancientmythology.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/564.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"548\" height=\"520\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"auto, \" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Op dat moment besloot <strong>Thor<\/strong> een verenkostuum van de godin Freya aan te trekken om naar het koninkrijk van de reuzen te vliegen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Daar aangekomen realiseerde hij zich dat zijn hamer was gestolen door koning Thrym, die om Freya&#8217;s hand vroeg in ruil voor de hamer, die <strong>Thor<\/strong> accepteerde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Maar in werkelijkheid vermomde <strong>Thor<\/strong> zichzelf als Freya om de koning te misleiden en op de dag van de receptie openbaarde hij zichzelf en doodde de koning samen met andere reuzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Ondanks de kracht die deze godheid bezat, kon hij het gevecht dat hij had met de Midgard-slang tijdens Ragnarok (het einde van de wereld) echter niet overleven.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thor god van de bliksem is een van de Noorse goden gekenmerkt door zijn kracht, hij was verantwoordelijk voor de bescherming van boeren, vuur, architectuur en jeugd, zijn ouders waren Odin en J\u00f6rds, zijn vrouw was Sif, uit dit huwelijk volgden hun kinderen, Magni, Modi en Trud werden geboren.
