Diese Mythologie stammt aus Sumer, einer der \u00e4ltesten Zivilisationen Mesopotamiens. Sie galt als die Gottheit, die die Berge und das wilde Leben beherrschte und \u00fcber Geburten herrschte.<\/p>\n

Alle dem Namen zugeschriebenen Bedeutungen:<\/h3>\n

Ninhursag<\/strong> bedeutet \u201eHerrin der heiligen H\u00fcgel\u201c oder G\u00f6ttin der Mutter Erde. Der Legende nach verdankt sie diesen Namen jedoch ihrem Sohn, der ihn, um sie f\u00fcr die Erschaffung der H\u00fcgel und Berge zu ehren, von Ninmah in Ninhursag \u00e4nderte.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sp\u00e4ter wurde sie mit anderen Gottheiten in Verbindung gebracht, die Fruchtbarkeit symbolisieren, weshalb sie in einigen Traditionen als Mutterg\u00f6ttin bezeichnet wird.<\/p>\n
