Uranus, Gott des Himmels <\/h2>\n

Urano<\/strong> ist in der griechischen Mythologie<\/strong> als Gott des Himmelsmenschen bekannt, in der r\u00f6mischen Mythologie als Caelus. Er war der Sohn und Ehemann von Gea<\/a> , Mutter Erde.<\/p>\n

Er soll allein von Gaia gezeugt worden sein, andere Quellen sagen jedoch, dass Aether sein Vater ist, aber die zuverl\u00e4ssigsten Quellen geben an, dass Gaia ihn allein gezeugt hat.<\/p>\n

Uranus und Gaia waren die Vorfahren der ersten Generation der Titanen<\/strong><\/a> , n\u00e4mlich Crio<\/a> , Ceo<\/a> , Hyperion<\/a> , Iapetus<\/a> , Ocean<\/a> und Cronos. Seine j\u00fcngsten Kinder entpuppten sich jedoch als Monster wie die Zyklopen Arges, Brontes und Esteropes, ein\u00e4ugige Riesen und Riesen mit hundert Armen und f\u00fcnfzig K\u00f6pfen.<\/p>\n

In der Theogonie berichtet Hesiod, dass Uranus seine Kinder im Mutterleib hielt, als sie geboren werden sollten, weil er sich f\u00fcr sie sch\u00e4mte. Deshalb schmiedete Gaia einen Plan, um sich an ihm zu r\u00e4chen, und bat die Titanen<\/strong> um Hilfe nur Crono war bereit, ihm zu helfen. Gaia schnitzte eine Sichel aus Flint und gab sie Crono, der damit seinen Vater kastrierte und seine Genitalien hinter ihm herwarf.<\/p>\n

Die aus den Genitalien vergossenen Blutstropfen brachten Erinnyen und Nymphen zur Welt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erzeugten die Genitalien des Uranus, als sie ins Meer geworfen wurden, einen Schaum, aus dem Aphrodite geboren wurde.<\/p>\n

Nun sperrte Krono seinen Vater im Tartarus bei den Zyklopen und Hekatonchiren ein, vor denen er ebenfalls Angst hatte, und wurde so zum K\u00f6nig des Universums.
